Central Subsidy Schemes

1. Popularization of Chawkie Rearing Centre (CRC)

Subsidy	75-90%
Description	Subsidy of Rs.10,80,000/- for SC/ST beneficiaries and Rs.9,00,000/- for General category beneficiaries of unit cost Rs.12,00,000/-.
Eligibility	1. Minimum educational qualification - 8th pass 2. Should have undergone/willing to undergone chawkie rearing training 3. Plantation extent – Min - 2.00 acre with drip irrigation system installed 4. Should have planted 5000 saplings/acre (Pro rata basis) 5. Should have minimum 4-6 trained & experienced permanent labours 6. Should have a chawkie rearing shed of size above 200 Sq.ft. 7. Should have an Incubator and a separate incubation room 8. Should brush and distribute 1.50 to 1.60 lakh DFLs chawkie per year
Documents Required	1. Filled-in application form with passport size photograph affixed 2. Photograph of Mulberry garden, Lateral and filter photos of the Drip System, photographs of chawkie worm rearing shed at basement stage, Lintel/lintol stage, interior and exterior view each one photo after completion of work and photograph of chawkie rearing appliances with beneficiary 3. Chawkie rearing training certificate 4. Patta & Chittah 5. e-adangal/Adangal 6. Aadhar xerox/Family card xerox (Self attested – 2 copies) 7. Bank Pass book xerox 8. Community Certificate in case of SC/ST 9. Blue print & valuation certificate of the rearing shed from an aproved engineer. 10. Cash bills of installation of Drip irrigation system and purchase of appliances 11. Security bond for a value of Rs.100/-

2. Assistance for Establishment of Seri Poly clinics

Subsidy	75-90%
Description	Subsidy of Rs.1,57,500/- for SC/ST beneficiaries and Rs.1,31,250/- for General category beneficiaries of unit cost Rs.1,75,000/-.
Eligibility	1. Minimum educational qualification – Any degree 2. Should have undergone training/willing to undergone training 3. Should have a Two wheeler with driving license
Documents Required	1. Filled-in application form with passport size photograph affixed 2. Should have own land/leased land (5 years rental agreement) with building 3. Photograph of required materials with beneficiary 4. Poly-clinic training certificate / Educational Qualification Certificate 5. Patta & Chittah 6. e-adangal/Adangal 7. Aadhar xerox/Family card xerox (Self attested – 2 copies) 8. Bank Pass book xerox 9. Community Certificate in case of SC/ST 10. Cash Bills for the purchase of materials 11. Vehicle RC book Xerox 12. Security bond for a value of Rs.100/-

Polyclinic

3. Assistance for Establishment of Silk Twisting Units (480 spindles)

Subsidy	75-90%
Description	Subsidy of Rs.8,76,960/- for SC/ST beneficiaries and Rs.7,30,800/- for General category beneficiaries of unit cost Rs.9,74,400/-.
Eligibility	1. Should have a silk reeling unit 2. Should have own land/leased land (5 years rental agreement) with building (1800 Sq.ft) 3. 3 phase Electricity connection
Documents Required	1. Filled-in application form with passport size photograph affixed 2. Aadhar card xerox 3. Bank Pass Book Xerox 4. Revenue records of the land

Twisting

4. Support for Establishment of Automatic Silk Reeling Units (200 ends)

Subsidy	75-90%
Description	Subsidy of Rs.71,84,700/- for SC/ST beneficiaries and Rs.59,87,250/- for General category beneficiaries of unit cost Rs.79,83,000/-.
Eligibility	1. Should have basic knowledge in silk reeling 2. Should have own land with building (7500 Sq.ft) 3. 3 phase Electricity connection 4. Water source with 30000 litres output capacity per day
Documents Required	1. Filled-in application form with passport size photograph affixed 2. Aadhar card xerox 3. Revenue records of the land

Description	Subsidy of Rs.1,26,91,800/- for SC/ST beneficiaries and Rs.1,05,76,500/- for General category beneficiaries of unit cost Rs.1,41,02,000/-.
Eligibility	1. Should have basic knowledge in silk reeling 2. Should have own land with building (15000 Sq.ft) 3. 3 phase Electricity connection 4. Water source with 50000 litres output capacity per day

6. Support for Establishment of Multiend Silk Reeling Units (10 Basins)

Subsidy	75-90%
Description	Subsidy of Rs.15,07,320/- for SC/ST beneficiaries and Rs.12,56,100/- for General category beneficiaries of unit cost Rs.16,74,800/-.
Eligibility	1. Should have basic knowledge in silk reeling 2. Should have own land/leased land (5 years rental agreement) with building (2400 Sq.ft) 3. 3 phase Electricity connection 4. Water source with 15000 litres output capacity per day

MRM

7. Support for Development of Kissan Nursery

Subsidy	75-90%
Description	Subsidy of Rs.1,35,000/- for SC / ST beneficiaries and Rs.1,12,500/- for General category beneficiaries of unit cost Rs.1,50,000/-.
Eligibility	1. Should have own land 2. Should have good irrigation facility 3. Should have planted 1,28,000 cuttings/acre (Pro rata basis) 4. Nursery extent – Min - 0.50 acre
Documents Required	1. Filled-in application form with passport size photograph affixed 2. Photograph of mulberry nursery field with 3 months old saplings 3. Patta & Chittah 4. e-adangal/ adangal 5. Kisan-Nursery

Description	Subsidy of Rs.34,82,770/- for SC/ST beneficiaries and Rs.29,02,308/- for General category beneficiaries of unit cost Rs.38,69,744/-.
Eligibility	1. Should have basic knowledge in silk reeling 2. Should have own land with building 3. 3 phase Electricity connection 4. Water source with 25000 - 30000 litres output capacity per day
